About me

I’m Laura, and I’m passionate about marketing because it blends data, neuroscience, and strategy to create experiences that truly connect with people. 

With 15+ years of experience in behavioural science, marketing, market research, and product development, I’ve partnered with B2B and B2C brands to build go-to-market plans, craft compelling positioning, and optimize customer experience from first touchpoint to long-term loyalty.

What sets me apart is my ability to combine deep behavioural insight with business strategy. I’ve led marketing and growth efforts for tech startups, built customer success functions from the ground up, and designed research for brands across beauty, CPG, pet care, wellness, and more. I know how to ask the right questions, translate data into meaningful direction, and move quickly from insight to impact. 

While my path hasn’t been linear, every step—from academia to neuromarketing, customer success, and now growth strategy—has centred on using data-driven insight to improve lives. Whether advising a startup, shaping research, or scaling a wellness app, my focus is always on creating meaningful experiences by deeply understanding the people they’re built for.
