Service & UX Designer
I’m Michelle, a Service and Strategic Designer with a passion for transforming healthcare through design. I hold an MSc in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and Marketing from the University of Adelaide. My work is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a strong design culture in healthcare.
I specialise in applying service design to healthcare by placing people at the heart of every solution. For me, it’s about understanding the needs and experiences of patients, providers, and stakeholders to create services that are impactful, sustainable, and inclusive. I focus on bridging the gap between medical interventions and real-world application, ensuring that every solution is practical and user-centred.
My approach integrates design methodologies across the entire process, engaging people at every step. By doing so, I aim to foster meaningful change and innovation in healthcare, creating solutions that truly reflect the needs of those they serve.
